The FeliSpace Cave is intended for normal domestic use and should always be used under appropriate supervision.

## 3. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (EUR), include applicable VAT, and exclude any additional charges unless otherwise stated.

FeliSpace reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will always be the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

## 4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

FeliSpace reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues, inaccurate customer information, or any other legitimate reason.

An order confirmation email will be sent after your purchase. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs once your order has been processed and shipped.

## 5. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

If payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order will automatically be cancelled.

## 6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time is between 5 and 8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

## 7. Transfer of Risk

Responsibility for the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery of the order to the shipping address provided during checkout.

## 8. Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving their order, without providing any reason.

This statutory right exists in addition to FeliSpace's 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
