 Return & Refund Policy

At FeliSpace, we want both you and your cat to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all orders. If you or your cat are not happy with your FeliSpace Cave, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in a clean and reasonably good condition, with all original parts included. Products that have been intentionally damaged, modified, or excessively worn may not be eligible for a refund.

In addition to our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, customers located within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws. To exercise this right, please contact us within the 14-day withdrawal period. The returned product must be sent back in its original condition. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.

To request a return or refund, please contact us by email at Felispacecat@gmail.com. Please include your order number, your full name, and a brief explanation of your request. Our support team will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as FeliSpace cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue. We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take between 5 and 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow our standard return procedure after delivery.

Please note that the complimentary gifts included with every order, including the Self-Cleaning Cat Grooming Brush and the "How to Reduce Anxiety in Cats" eBook, are promotional items and have no cash value. The eBook is delivered digitally by email after purchase and is non-refundable once it has been sent. If a full order is returned under our Money-Back Guarantee, any physical promotional gifts received as part of the offer should also be returned with the product.
